RUNNING GAIT ANALYSIS
We use a combination of cutting edge technology and years of expertise to deliver an actionable running gait analysis to help you understand how you can improve your running experience.
Running Gait Analysis sessions are 60 minutes, and include a running specific clinical evaluation and treadmill running gait analysis using a technology called runeasi, that makes complicated running gait data actionable so that you have a clear path forward to improving your running.

MARATHON TRAINING
Training for a marathon is an incredible challenge that can be both rewarding, and crushing. Every week you push yourself beyond where you could go before, but setbacks are common and can derail your training before you know it.
But it doesn't have to be that way!

Whether you are trying to stay healthy, or striving for a PR, our Marathon Training Package is built to help you crush your training and race goals and keep those setbacks at bay. We do that through our thorough gait analysis process, a 12-individualized strength training program, and years of running knowledge to get your training dialed in.

Appointments
Every appointment at Alterra is 1:1 for 60 minutes. Rest assured that you will have our full attention for the entire session, because we are extremely motivated to see you succeed and respect your time and effort that you take to work with us.
Comprehensive Treatment Plans
Our goal is to give you everything you need to succeed including hands on treatments, corrective exercises, ergonomics assessment, strength training programing, running programming, and more. You'll know what to do to work towards your goals every day from day one.
Pricing Transparency
We can assure you that you will always be in the know when it comes to cost of care. You will know what each visit costs and about how many visits you will need to achieve your goals. Every patient is different and after your initial visit with us, we’ll give you all of the details regarding how many visits we recommend.
